First leg of the trip was a success. Riding to Tokyo on the Shinkansen/Bullet Train(or BoBo train as Chase still calls it.) We love having an Ipad for the long train and plane rides, Cole was thinking and bought a earphone splitter so the boys could watch the same thing. And we found another great use for our phil and ted stroller. We can use the back seat like a car seat. It folds up and is super light(sure beats lugging around Bryce's car seat.) It was awesome.
This is a nice little park close the New Sanno Hotel where we stayed in Tokyo. Actually, it wasn't very little, it was really big, and had a section with slides and swings that the boys liked playing on our last morning. We were just in Tokyo a couple of days, so we were taking it easy since we did all our sightseeing last year. Tokyo is a fun city, but definitely tiring with all the walking and riding on subway/trains to get around. But we did enjoy some good meals:)
One of the days we were in Tokyo, it rained cats and dogs. So we found this indoor play park for the kids, that the boys loved. Balls, bouncer, magnets, games, slides, kitchens, legos. They had it all.
Bryce got a kick out of this aligator. You press his teeth down and then when you pick the hurt tooth(I guess)his mouth closes.
Here we are in front of the New Sanno Hotel right before our bus ride over to Yakota Air Base.
