My Little Lemur at the Med Group Halloween Party

Chase is the cutest little lemur that I have ever seen. The med group on base does a trick or treating party every year for the med families(doctors and dentists). Chase had fun showing off his costume, and was quickly learning how the trick or treating process works. His favorite candy are the lollipops. Don't even try to take it back from him.

5 Little Pumpkins

Chase wants to thank his grandmas for his fun halloween packages he received this week. This Halloween shirt from Grandma Dawn was a so cute. And Chase has always loved all his bookies.

Chop, Chop, Chop

Cole(#6) playing quarterback for the med group team. He actually threw a touchdown on this play. I will have to get some more photos next time, Chase wanted to be on the field with his dad so I only got one shot. Cole hasn't been able to be there for all the games, but they usually win when he plays. The team is currently 6-2.
My future footballer. He loves his little mini football.
Chase and Kaitlin, his friend from shrimp class. They were doing some aerobics. Chase loves to go into my workout room and turn the tv on and off to my step tape.
It was hard to catch on camera but they were both running on the treadmill at the same time(the treadmill was stationary of course), it was too funny. Chase does this running in place move all the time which his dad says chop, chop, chop (like in football) or I call it stomping the buggies.

Misawa Air Show -Go Thunderbirds

Chase and me in front of a cool chopper.
Chase liked the planes except when the thunderbirds went right over top of us and put on their burners then he cuddled in. It was loud. Almost needed the ear plugs, but I was tough.

Thunderbirds taking off for the show. It was really cool and amazing to watch them do all their tricks. It reminded me of Top Gun. "I feel the need, the need for speed."
The thunderbird planes lined up before take off.
Check out those guns. Wouldn't want to be caught in that crossfire.
Here I am in front of an A-10 Warthog. And there is a C-17 in the background doing a flyby. Cole gave Chase and I a lesson on the different air force planes.
Chase and Cole in front of an F-16. You can't tell from all the pictures but there were a ton of people at the airshow. They were expecting 100,00 people on base. Apparently, the Japanese love to come to the airshow, and not only see the planes, but get a taste of American food. Next year we will take a picture of the pizza line, it is nuts. But it turned out to be a beautiful day for an airshow, and Cole only had to work the morning shift in case of mass casualties, and then got the afternoon off.

Cole's Deep Sea Fishing Trip in Japan

Here is Brad getting ready for the expedition by bringing his Little Mermaid backpack.

This was the smallest fish of the day. Doug threw this back into the ocean and one of the sea gulls ate it whole in one gulp.

Here is the group after a day of fishing. Captain on the far right and first mate on the far left.

Safety first

Brad and I had to google how to scale, gut, clean, and prepare whole fish. For our first try, I would say things turned out very well!

Here is the finished product. At the top is the "Greeley", at least that's what the captain called it. At the bottom is a rock fish, which looked like a sea bass of sorts. Delicious! The cheek meat, as advertised, was definitely the best part.
